Having developed relationships with some of the most highly regarded medical facilities in America, InHealth offers a variety of digital services to thousands of providers in all 50 states.

InHealth Transcription Services (ITS), is a division of InHealth Record Systems, Inc. which was founded in 1977 by Practice Productivity, Inc., a well-known practice management firm that presents workshops designed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of a health care practice. InHealth Records Systems, Inc., in turn, founded its division of InHealth Transcription Services in 1995.

The ITS staff has more than 20+ years of experience in the medical transcription business. ITS's training center is run by our QA Manager, Carol Scheer. Carol is a CMT (certified medical transcriptionist) and was the 2004 AAMT President of the Atlanta Chapter. Carol evaluates ITS transcriptionists to assure they are current in their medical transcription knowledge and that all ITS transcriptionists meet the ITS quality assurance program. ITS's training center also provides an extensive externship program for many of the new students just out of school. In order to provide the highest quality medical documentation for our clients, we know we must hire and train top quality transcriptionists.
